  • Our journey starts with a conversation to understand your vision and needs. Once we align on the project's scope and goals, we'll provide a proposal outlining the details. A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit secure your spot in our schedule.

    Once both are in place, you’ll receive access to your personal Client Portal. This is where everything will live — your timeline, shared documents, deliverables, and updates. All communication moving forward will be organized through either WhatsApp or email, based on your preference.

  • Your Client Portal is where we keep things organized and easy to follow. Inside, you’ll find:

    Your project timeline
    Shared documents
    Upload folders for assets
    Meeting notes and deliverables
    Space for feedback and approvals

    You can access the portal at any time throughout our collaboration.

  • We keep communication simple and intentional.

    Outside of your Client Portal, we’ll stay in touch via email or WhatsApp Group. All important project updates, check-ins, and links will be shared through the Client Portal to maintain clarity and avoid scattered conversations.

  • Each project has a unique timeline based on scope and deliverables. We’ll provide a clear schedule before we begin. Staying on track depends on timely communication and feedback from both sides.

    If delays occur due to missing materials or unresponsiveness, your project may be paused. If inactive for more than 7 days, a restart fee (20% per week) may apply, or the project may be closed without refund.

  • No. All payments are non-refundable.

    Once your project is booked, we reserve dedicated time and resources and turn down other opportunities. This ensures we stay fully focused on your project, but it also means we cannot offer refunds.

  • Most projects include from two up to four rounds of revisions, built into the timeline. You’ll have three days per round to submit clear, organized feedback — ideally in PDF.

    Additional revisions or significant changes (like new design directions or added pages) will be quoted separately or billed hourly.

  • Yes. Upon final payment, you’ll receive all final design files in formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF.

    Source files (Figma, Adobe, Canva, etc.) are shared only if this was agreed upon in the project scope.

  • Yes. We offer ongoing support for website updates, social content, visual assets, and more. This can be booked hourly or through a custom monthly support package — tailored to your needs.

  • Depending on your package, meetings may be included (e.g., one 30-minute call per month for ongoing services like social media or Meta Ads). You’re always welcome to request extra calls — they can be added for an additional fee.

    To reschedule a meeting, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may be billed or count toward your included time.

  • If you’re on a tight deadline, we may be able to accommodate a rush timeline based on availability.

    Rush projects are subject to a 30% rush fee.

  • We value respectful and transparent communication. If a project becomes misaligned due to lack of response, disrespectful behavior, or failure to uphold agreed responsibilities, we reserve the right to terminate the project without a refund.
